01From Scope to Evidence.
- 01
Scope. Choose the Journey.
Start where you hold a phone number and consent to contact. Name the step that leaks and the event that counts: a bound policy, a funded account, a paid plan.
Together, before launch - 02
Build. Define the Operating Plan.
Agree the approved wording, the actions the model may take and where it hands off. Confirm the events that start a thread and record completion. Choose Copilot, where your team approves each reply, or Autopilot, where the model sends within your rules.
Forward deployed sales engineers - 03
Run. Against a Control Group.
Eligible customers split into 2 groups. The model works one group for the full 2 months, objection by objection, follow-up by follow-up. The other stays on your current process. Same journey, same window.
On your traffic - 04
Measure. Compare Confirmed Outcomes.
Compare the completion event between the 2 groups, on your numbers. Review the threads, the handoffs and the objections that still cost you.
Growth analysts, throughout - 05
Decide. Review the Results Together.
We walk through the numbers with you. Continuing service moves to a 12-month term.
End of month 2
02The Timeline.
Setup and the evaluation plan are agreed before launch, so the run itself takes most of the 2 months.
03What We Need from You.
- A suitable journey, with an unfinished step the model can work.
- Contact permission, with consent status for each contact you supply.
- The events that start follow-up and record completion, pushed to Sellence as webhooks.
- Approved information about the product, the offer and the boundaries of what the model may say.
- An owner on your side who can review the configuration and the results.
A phone number captured with consent. One owner on your side who joins a weekly review. Messages leave under your own credentials: your Twilio account or WhatsApp Business Account, your number. Your security team can read how data is handled on the Security & Compliance page.
04The Practical Details.
How long does the pilot run?
2 months. We agree the setup and the evaluation plan before launch.
What should we measure?
The event you already report for that journey: bound policies, funded accounts, verified applications or paid plans. We define it before launch and compare it with the control group.
Who runs it?
Sales people, forward deployed sales engineers and growth analysts from Sellence, working with the owner on your side. Our people become part of your team for the pilot.
What does it cost?
The pilot is paid. Pricing is quoted per company once we have agreed the journey and the volume.
What happens after the pilot?
We review the results together. Continuing service moves to a 12-month term.
